Employees- They are the very first person who interact with your customers. Start the survey from them on all the feedbacks about the services and products you offer your customers and what needs to improve.

Comment Cards- Try to get customer’s feedback through comment cards wherein customers could jot down their own impression about your services as well as your products offered in that way you could get the majority impressions and suggestions.

Competition- Know your competitor’s products and services so that you’ll be aware what they offer through that you could have more creative ideas to offer your targeted customers.
